Great results, reason for a 4 star is the band around the head slips off after a while. The reason is I have been doing this for long time (6years); I am at a pretty high stretch point that may be the reason, not a big deal. I have made sufficient advancement in what I wanted to achieve. It took a long time but if you work at it like everything else it will work. Girth gained 1.75" + length is pretty much the same. The wife really loves the results. Cool thing is I am in my early sixty's , never too late.

I have been using Jes Extender for about two years. Within the first half year I gained 2 cm in lenght. I have not been able to gain any more lenght so far. But in girth I grew out of the standard model and bought the xl-model and I keep growing in girth. I had a 'pencil penis' but with time the circumference is equalizing more and more on the whole shaft. Sure it hurt in the beginning and it was troublesome to wear, but now I have found my way of doing it and - I kid you not - I actually long to be alone and put on the 'cage'. It gives me better erections and combined with eg. kegel exercises it really gives you a nice feeling of control in the pelvic floor. I have never been able to sleep with it. My one complaint is the front piece in the xl-model: The plastic is of lesser quality than the standard model and it breaks quite easily. I have had it replaced two times by my danish contact. I've used the JES-Extender for over a year initially and found it very helpful. I didn't use it every day but about five days a week for 2-4 hours at a time. I’m sure I would have gotten quicker results if I had used it for the time recommended each day. During the first 6 months, it not only helped to greatly improve the slight curvature I had but also added back about not quite an inch, which I had lost as I got older. So, I was back to feeling 30 y/o again, at least in that area. The Extender added even more length as I continued to use it. One of the unexpected rewards of the JES-Extender was that it increased sensitivity overall, which helped my performance. From what I have read, the benefit of more sensitivity was probably because of the increased blood flow it produces. I highly recommend the JES-Extender. It will not only help your confidence and performance; but you will likely have a more enjoyable life with your partner. I continue to use it regularly. Using the actual extender is easy. No false claims of "spectacular overnight results", unlike those of other companies offering similar products. Re-ordering spares and accessories is easy, and they are shipped in discreet packaging. If you are sceptical regarding claims of increasing growth, prior to using the Jes Extender, my penile girth was approximately 97mm, and the length was approximately 136mm. Now, about 2 years later, I'm proud with the results, which are: 103mm girth, and fully-erect, 172mm. Naturally, I feel more confident, erections are somewhat firmer, and sex has become more enjoyable because of this extra confidence that this device has given me.
